You can use either dill or parsley, they both work well.
Milk- 2 cups of warmed milk
Flour- 250 g
Baking powder- 1 tea spoon
Salt, pepper- 1/2 tea spoon each
Aged Cheddar- 100 g
Dill – 3 stems, finely chopped.
Oil- 2 table spoons
Butter- 50 g depending on a taste.
Grate cheese in a fine grater, add all ingredients and make crepes. Butter them up. Serve.
