i personally think it’s an easiest dish in the planet! I can see a lot of people use matzo meal or panko crumbs, but I think the best is to use semolina! You wouldn’t need to squeeze out all potato juices, semolina will absorb them for you!
Ingredients:
Potatoes-3 large, grated
Egg-1
Onion- 1 grated
Semolina-1/2 cup
Salt, pepper
Oil
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients and let it sit for 10 minutes. Fry in oil till browned.
Serve with sour cream or an apple.

i’ve posted about Potato Latkes too a few hours ago 🙂 Almost same recipe but no semolina on my side. I used a bit of cornstarch though.
