Let’s face it, I love lamb. And this particular dish is super tasty. I am serving them with Hasselback potatoes and Tzatziki.
Lamb- good quality trimmed and cut in 3cm cubes.
Cumin seeds- 1 teaspoon
Coriander seeds-2 teaspoons
Black pepper-1 teaspoon
Smoked paprika-1 teaspoon
Blend all dry ingredients (apart from lamb of course) I am using thermomix, use what you can to grind it, add oil mix some more. And marinade the lamb pieces in the mixture for an hour.
Soak rosemary skewers in a room temperature water for half an hour and insert lamb pieces on it. I had 6 skewers. Pan fry it or barbecue for a couple of minutes on each side.
