Interesting and very tasty salad, that is probably good for celebrations, i am just making in it, on a casual Saturday.
Chicken breast- 2 pieces, boiled and cut in small pieces.
Eggs- 4 boiled,grated.
Cheese- 100 g, grated on a fine grater.
Fresh dill- 1 bunch
Potatoes-8 medium, cut in thin 3 mm strips.
Quail eggs-8, boiled.
Heat an oil in a frying pan around 5 mm, and fry potatoes in 2 batches with a pinch of salt and a pinch of black pepper , till browned and crispy, set aside on a paper towel to cool.
Lay down the layer of lettuce on a large plate.
Mix all the ingredients, apart from potatoes and lay it down like this.
Then,add fried potatoes around with a space in the middle.
Lay down a layer of lettuce in the middle and assemble quail eggs inside.
let it set in a fridge for a couple of hours.
