Cod liver is famous for having a lot of properties, it’s good for your skin and hair.
It also has a very unique flavor, that in moderate quantities is quite pleasant.
I am making this salad in individual wine glasses, that looks beautiful and convenient.
Cod liver- 1 can,
Eggs- 3 medium, boiled and grated.
Parsley- handful chopped.
Green apple-1 chopped.
Lebanese cucumber-1 peeled and chopped.
In three wine glasses lay a layer of grated eggs, followed by a teaspoon of mayo.
Than put a layer of chives, followed by layer of cod liver.
Next will be a layer of cucumbers, sprinkle it with a little salt.
Now lay your green apple, with a little mayo, followed by another layer of eggs.
Finish with parsley.
I had mine straight away, but if you keep it in the fridge for a couple of hours, and let flavors to infuse, will be better.
