Crepes Filled with Smoked Salmon, Caviar and Cream Cheese.

One of my favourite combination, very calorific and expensive, but once in a while i have to have these.

Crepes recipe, you can find here Crepes with Strawberry sauce and Ice-Cream.

Ingredients:

Smoked salmon- 300 gr

Caviar- 30-100 g depends on your taste.

Cream cheese- 1 tub of soft cream cheese.

Egg yolk- 1

Milk- 1 tablespoon.

Directions:

Mix cream cheese with egg yolk and milk to a smooth paste.

Lay one crepe and smother it with cream cheese mixture.

Then place pieces of salmon.

Followed by caviar.

Roll it and cut into pieces.
