Seriously and insanely tasty way to prepare lamb. My friend, who is one of the best cooks i know, gave me this recipe.
Banjo shoulder- 1 whole.
Garlic bulb- unpeeled, broken into cloves.
Rosemary- 3 stems, leaves only.
Red wine- 200 ml.
Preheat the oven to 200C.
Rub the lamb with salt, paper.
Place in the oven bag, along with rosemary, wine and garlic cloves.
Bake for and hour. That’s easy.
