Chicken drumsticks, cooked in a pan and briefly marinated, come out very juicy. Even though it takes a bit more time and effort, taste is much better (in my opinion) than oven- baked version. I am serving it with Patatas Bravas, that match this dish really well.
Ingredients:
Chicken drumsticks- 8 pieces.
For marinade:
Garlic- 2-3 cloves, grated.
Dark soy sauce- 2 teaspoons.
Salt- 1 teaspoon.
Pepper – 1 teaspoon.
Paprika smoked-1 teaspoon.
Oil- 1 teaspoon.
Directions:
Mix all marinade ingredients and marinade chicken drumsticks for 15-30 minuets.
Heat an oil in a frying pan, add all the drumsticks. Cook on each side for 2 minuets on high heat. Now, reduce the heat to a medium, cover and cook, turning occasionally for 45 minuets. Then increase the heat to high, and cook for 5 minuets uncovered, turn when necessary.
Looks so delicious 🙂
