Easy to make and everyone loves these, even children.
Flour – 2 cups
Hot water – 1 cup
Eggs-6-8 boiled and chopped
Spring onions-1/2 cup, chopped
Cheese- 1/2 grated
Milk 1 tablespoon
Salt, pepper to taste
Add flour to a large bowl, add chopped butter and mix it with your hands till crumbled consistency add salt and start slowly add hot water and use a fork to mix. Then after all water is added, use your hands to mix a dough. Cover with wet kitchen towel and leave for one hour.
Meantime, combine all the stuffing ingredients together and set aside.
When dough is ready, decide it to small balls, roll each ball with a rolling pin, if you don’t have it, you can use a glass bottle.
Fill the Bourekas with a stuffing and follow the instructions in pictures.
Fry on a shallow oil.
