Spinach Salmon Roll

Ingredients

Frozen spinach-150 g

Egg-3 separated

Cream cheese-250g

Flour-50g

Salt

Directions:

Squeeze all extra liquid from a spinach and mix it with 3 egg yolks and flour.

Beat egg whites to a stiff peaks.

Mix egg yolks with a spinach mixture.

Spread on a tray, lined with a baking paper.

Cook for 10 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees C.

Spread the cream cheese mixture all over the spinach , then lay down the salmon. Don’t get it to the boarder, otherwise it will not fold properly.

Wrap it in a cling film and let it rest in the fridge for two hours.

Cut and serve.
