Salmon in a pistachio crust.

Very easy and super delicious dish.

Ingredients:

Salmon fillets skin in-2

Pistachio roughly chopped-1/4 cup

Salt, pepper

Olive oil -2 tablespoons

Directions:

Preheat an oven to 180C.

Line a baking tray with a parchment paper .

Mix all the ingredients apart from salmon, and press on top of the fillets equally divided half of the mixture.

Reduce the heat to 160 and cook for 25 min.

Serve and enjoy.
