1.5 cups of warm water
1,5 teaspoons of yeast
1 teaspoon of sugar
1 teaspoon of salt
I tablespoon of canola oil
2 + cups of flour
Frankfurter-4 cut in to I inch piece
1 egg bitten for brushing
2 Lyra of water and 2 tablespoons of baking soda.
Mix warm water with yeast cover and let it rest for 5 minutes.
Add sugar salt and oil, followed by 2 cups of flour, mix it well and slowly add more till the dough doesn’t stick to fingers.
Then need it for 10 minutes. Cover and let it rise in a warm place.
When the dough is ready decide it in two pieces.
Roll in a 6mm sheet and cut circles with a cutter.
Pinch in three places and form a triangle.
Line two baking sheets with a parchment paper.
Boil water with a baking soda . With a help of spatula , place the triangles face down in a boiling water for 30 sec, working in small batches.
Take the out and place on a baking sheet.
When cooled, brush with an egg, inside and out, place a sausage piece in the middle sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake at 180C till lightly browned on top. Around 15 minutes, depending on your oven.
